Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

  • 1 1/4 cups of almond or cashew milk

  • 1 heaped teaspoon of MANA Blend

  • 1 vanilla bean or 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • 5 drops of liquid stevia (optional)

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 kiwi fruit

  • 2 tablespoons of almonds

  • A handful of grapes or berries

Method

Combine the chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and whisk well. Allow the mixture to sit for 15-20 minutes, mixing every five minutes or so to ensure a smooth and creamy consistency. You can choose to do this overnight and allow the chia seeds to soak so it is ready for you in the morning. Add more liquid if you need to to reach a thick yet malleable consistency.

Whisk through the MANA, vanilla and optional sweetener.

Serve

Arrange chai pudding in 2 bowls (this recipes makes 2 serves but if you require one serve only it keeps in the fridge for 3 or 4 days!)

Decorate with sliced banana, kiwis fruit, almonds and berries. You can choose to add goji berries, sunflower seeds and cacao nibs if you choose- use what you have on hand!
